The Premier League is heading down the final stretch and two teams, Arsenal and Man City, are still in the running to win this season’s EPL title.

Their league schedule in April kicks-off with a home game against Liverpool, while they finish the month with a trip to Fulham. However, the standout game of the month is undoubtedly the clash between Man City and Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on April 26. The home side will be confident of victory having reeled off 12 wins and a two draws in their last 14 Premier League meetings with the Gunners.
Pressure Building
Arsenal’s last league win against Man City was at the Emirates Stadium in December 2015, with Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud getting the goals. Their last league success at the Etihad Stadium was earlier that year in January, when goals by Santi Cazorla and Giroud secured a 2-0 victory.
If Man City win their game in hand and beat Arsenal, the pressure may well become unbearable for Mikel Arteta’s table-toppers. City have been in this position plenty of times over the last few years and are perfectly capable of winning their remaining games this season.
Arsenal have a marginally tougher run-in than City and it would be no surprise to see them slip up somewhere before the end of the campaign. At the current odds, Man City look the value bet to overhaul Arsenal to clinch their fifth Premier League title in six seasons.
